Our restaurant is a true celebration of local in every sense. Growing the freshest produce in our own garden, the De Rust Futura school garden on our estate, and sourcing the best ingredients from our neighbours in the Elgin Valley and surrounds.

The complete dining experience at our restaurant is as much a product of our passion for country living, wholesome dishes, fine wine and family.

Our concept is simple, seasonal and local.  The essence of fresh ingredients treated simply and served generously, the beautiful balance that comes from considered food and wine pairing, and the memories that these moments create.
