Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 120g Streaky Bacon
- 100g Butter
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- Stick of Celery
- 120g Mushroom
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- Chili
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 4 Sprigs of Thyme
- 2 Cups of Chicken Broth
- 75ml Cognac
- A Handful of Chopped Parsley
