Endorsed by Jan Braai, with celebrated chef Bertus Basson at the coals, the menu promises an inspired take on South African heritage cooking. Expect dishes like Cape Malay lamb sosaties, chutney-basted chicken, apricot-glazed snoek, and aged sirloin with chimichurri. A welcoming Brood Tafel and roaming dessert trays of nostalgic favourites will complete the feast.
To set the mood, award-winning artist Elvis Blue will perform live in our forest amphitheatre.
