The pinnacle of Pinot Noir expression from Paul Clüver Family Wines and recognised as one of the finest South Africa renditions of this Burgundian grape variety. Made from vines between 13 and 19 years old. Grapes are hand-sorted and allowed to ferment spontaneously, with the wine aged for 12 months in a combination of new and older French oak barrels. Only the finest barrels are selected for bottling under the Seven Flags label, these limited volumes adding to the desirability of a world-class Pinot Noir.

Paul Clüver Family Wines pioneered Pinot Noir in the Elgin Valley, and the Estate Pinot Noir reflects the estate’s unique terroir that suits this noble red Burgundian variety. Aged in new and older French oak barrels, the varietal expression captured in this wine has become a Paul Clüver signature and a model for Cape Pinot Noir.
